This is the title of an article in the March issue of Whole Living. It recommends doing strength training at a deliberate snail's pace.....It is a technique known as "slow burn" or "superslow" which is supposed to be a safer, more efficient way to build muscle than standard weight training, plus it helps you slim down. I usually give my issues to Katie after I read them. She can pass it on to anyone who wants to read the article. I am slowly working my way through a pan of rice krispie treats! I will be bringing valentine cards to church tonite. Heather, yours will go in the mail today, and Lisa should get hers today. Hope everyone gets theirs on time! I have no excuse!

Sounds like a good article! Also, a "slow burn" work out is probably more attainable of a goal than a hardcore weight lifting session.
