For non-vegetarians: This chicken recipe is so easy, fast, healthy, and flavorful. I make it a lot since there's no sugar.
You just get boneless/skinless chicken, cut it up, put it in a pan with the other ingredients and cook it for about 15 minutes. I serve it with roasted vegatables so it makes for a satisfying healthy EASY meal.
