Non food reward???


Does anyone have any good ideas for immediate non-food rewards??? When you feel you deserve a treat? That is also readily available and inexensive or free?
I need to form some healthier habits!!

    Here are my non-food "rewards" or at least substitutes for food and I'm not claiming they are necessarily healthy, but...:
    Gambling(Poker)
    Sex
    Coffee
    Alcohol
    World of Warcraft
    working out (yeah right!)

  2. Sometimes if you can just tell yourself that you are going to enjoy a favorite food, a half hour from now, or an hour from now....you can forget about it until the time you set for yourself, and maybe at that point you might not want it anymore.

  3. I think I am going to buy myself a tablet, and when I want to eat food, I will just remind myself that I already got my "non food" reward.
