I made these delicious chips the other day and they turned out REALLY good. The recipe says to use 3 tablespoons of olive oil, but I easily got by with only about 1 or 1 1/2 tablespoons by brushing it on. It was hard to slice the slices all the same which resulted in some chips getting crispy faster. I need to invest in a mandolin! Other than that, they were so good, and although not so healthy, better than store bought because there are only 4 ingredients (and you can pronounce all of them!)

ReplyDeleteGood idea! I've done this with sweet potatoes and sprinkled cinnamon on them...probably not healthy but they were gooood!
