OsteoBall

I just ran across this. I wonder if it is worth getting.

ETA: There is also this site that lets you buy either the "standing" or "seated" version of the ball, for $29.99...not sure what the difference is, unless it is the DVD.....



It says 10 minutes a day, and it tones all major muscles and helps with bone strength.

    Hmm...looks neat! And it looks like you can get it as a 30-day trial so can return it within then if it's not what you'd hope it would be.
